I had the privilege of doing an End of Warranty/11th month inspection on this beautiful home this week. I also did the pre-purchase inspection for our client a year ago. As expected, new issues had cropped up over the past year and our client is now well-equipped with a detailed report (with pictures AND videos) to share with her builder to get these items repaired. Although the home was in great shape overall, the issues I did find were things that a builder should address before they become more serious.
