Did you know that now – when temperatures stay in the mid 80s during the day and don’t drop below 60 at night – is the perfect time to seal your driveways and walkways? They should be sealed every three years or so, otherwise cracks like in this picture will widen in the winter. The cracks fill with water and continually freeze and thaw, freeze and thaw, until more than just sealing will be needed to make repairs. And those repairs can get VERY costly.
