One of the many items we test is the heating and cooling temperatures at not just one vent per room (the standard), but EVERY accessible vent in the house. This is just one of the many examples of how we go above and beyond the standard and take our time inspecting your greatest investment. The picture here shows what I would expect the temperature to be when I lower the thermostat – that cool air will warm up as it fills the room and reach the 65 degrees I’m looking for. Don’t skip your pre-purchase home inspection even if you’re buying As Is. Knowing the issues before you move in is absolutely worth it and can help limit those unforeseen stressful moments everyone dreads on moving day.
